Pastor Francis Boateng, Ph.D. is a dynamic, Holy Ghost-filled preacher whose ministry has witnessed soul conversions, miracles, signs, and wonders. He is currently the pastor of the Deeper Life Bible Church located in Leesburg, VA, in the United States. Like his spiritual father and mentor, Pastor (Dr.) Michael Dada (and by extension Pastor (Dr.) W. F. Kumuyi), Pastor Boateng is a Teacher, Preacher, Soul winner, and Mentor.

Over the years, Pastor Boateng’s passion for helping others and spreading the word of God has led him to take responsibilities within the church at various capacities such as the District Youth Leader, Campus Leader, and Campus Associate Coordinator among others since 2000. He eventually became the pastor of the church at Leesburg in 2021. His passion in ministry cut across the children, youths, young adults, adults, and seniors.

As a pastor and a scientist, Dr. Boateng is respected for his inclusive approach to ministry and commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all. He continues to inspire others through his teachings and remains actively involved in various initiatives to improve the wellbeing of those in need. Under the leadership of Pastor (Dr.) Michael Dada, Pastor Boateng works in partnerships with local organizations to address community needs.

Dr. Boateng holds a BSc in Physics (First-Class), dual MS degrees in Astrophysics and Health Physics, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Boateng and his wife Mrs. Angela Foster Boateng have been married for over fourteen years and are blessed with four children.
